Greatest American Dog update: Farewell to Bill and Star

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

On the last Greatest American Dog episode, Bill and Star were eliminated from the show, by the judge panel. It was not easy for anyone. Bill and Star were favorites to almostĀ  everyone. It not only brought a couple of tears to the judges, it was tough for Travis to say goodbye to his new found friend.

Bill and Travis had become very close in these pastĀ  weeks on Greatest American Dog. Both of these competitors were straight shooters and played an honest game. Travis is going to miss Bill a lot, now that he is out of the Greatest American Dog house.

Clip of Bill and Star at elimination.

Bill, a self-employed pressure washer, lives on his 18 acre farm in Flint, Texas with his wife Sherrie and Star. Married for more than 37 years, Bill and Sherrie have three grown kids and two other dogs Lucille and Maggie.

Star is a seven year old, purebred Brittany. Star’s favorite snack is bacon. Star performs her famous tricks with Bill at many local events and for a variety of community groups in the Flint, TX area.

Episode eight, of Greatest American Dog had the remaining dogs in a stunt competition that Star could not complete. This really gave the judges no option, except to vote Bill and Star off of Greatest American Dog.

BB 10 spoiler: Latest PoV Win in Big Brother is revealed!

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

The latest PoV winner in Big Brother 10 is finally revealed. Much has happened in Big Brother 10 over the last couple of days. To say that these house guests had not been put to the test, would be an understatement. The alliance fought hard and won most of the victories, reducing the game by a couple of players in the process.

Keesha had won HOH, putting Jerry and Ollie up for eviction.

After Dan won the PoV competition, he left the eviction alone. They voted Ollie out of the house, following Michelle.

Jerry was the only Big Brother player left in this house, without an alliance left.

By some miracle, Jerry won the last HOH competition, before Keesah had a chance to even move into the Big Brother HOH room!

Jerry wasted no time putting Dan and Keesha of on the chopping block in the HOH eviction ceremony.

The only thing left was, who would win the next “Power of Veto” competition that was held earlier today.

Early this morning, most of the remaining Big Brother 10 house guests couldn’t sleep, so Keesha broke out a few bottles of her wine. Keesha and Renny are notorious for not being able to hold their booze. They both got wasted.

I was floored! This was just too funny. Memphis was drinking right along with Keesha and Renny, but Memphis wasn’t getting as loaded as these two other players were.

WARNING - R rated for language in the video clip below. When these Big Brother 10 house guests get a few drinks in them, they begin to cuss like drunken sailors.

This is a clip of Keesha, Renny and Memphis from a few hours ago. Those women are so drunk. Great video!

Big Brother kept announcing that the PoV competition was approaching, while Keesha and Renny kept getting more plowed!

They finally had the PoV ceremony and Memphis won this Big Brother 10, “Power of Veto” competition.

Memphis and Dan talking strategy, after Memphis wins the last PoV.

Will Memphis use his PoV to take Dan off the Big Brother eviction block? Dan and Memphis have had a super, secret pact for weeks now, to see each other through to the end.

This would leave Jerry having to put Renny up as Dan’s replacement, should Memphis take Dan out of peril. Oh, what a tangled web Big Brother weaves.

Survivor: Gabon - CBS changes Survivor Premier date 1 more time

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

It’s no secret Survivor: Gabon fans have been waiting on pins and needles for this Jeff Probst series to debut. CBS has been quietly teasing us for a couple of months now, about the new Survivor 17 season coming to us this fall.

Just a few days ago, CBS announced they were pushing the Survivor: Gabon premier to Sept. 25th. We will see episode 1 and 2 premiering together that evening, with two cast members being voted out; before we can even remember their names.

In all, eighteen cast members will be fighting off lions and tigers and bears; Oh, my! Jeff Probst tells us that the cast will divide into two opposing groups. One group has heart and the other group has none.

Survivor: Gabon has eighteen players that range in ages from 22-61. Four of these castaways are old enough to be grandparents. This 17th installment of the Survivor series will attract viewers of all ages. Finally, a reality show the entire family can watch and enjoy together in harmony!

CBS also let it out of the bag, there will not be any romance/showmance going on this season. The players will be too busy trying to save their own skins, for any fooling around to take place.

You can get a taste of who the cast members of Survivor: Gabon are in this clip.

Probst has stated, Survivor: Gabon will be the first of his 17 series to be shot in HD. The jungles of Gabon comes alive!

Getting supplies into this remote region of Africa was no easy task. Much of Gabon was untamed and wild, until Jeff Probst and crew came in and civilized the entire region with his brand of HD, reality TV. Will Gabon ever be the same again?

Big Brother 10 Michelle spoiler: Michelle turns on her Big Brother Tears

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

It is not looking good for Michelle for Thursday night’s live double eviction, in Big Brother 10. Michelle will probably be the first player to be voted out of the house tonight. Not that anyone in the game knows about the Big Brother double, live eviction; because they don’t.

Michelle and Ollie are convinced and telling everyone about Dan being a Big Brother 10 “plant”. They swear Dan’s girlfriend Monica, is a CBS employee and not really his girlfriend. It is conspiracy theory that Michelle and Ollie will not shake! They both have some of the other Big Brother house guests wondering about it, especially Renny. Memphis tells Michelle over and over again, that it doesn’t matter and he doesn’t really care if Dan’s a plant in the house, or not.

Michelle spends almost all of her time now, drooping around the Big Brother compound, but Ollie still holds the cake on being moody now. Michelle is either in hyper mode, trying to swing votes or whining and crying about being evicted.

It seems as if everyone has been consoling her as much as they can. Michelle, this is Big Brother! It’s a reality TV, competition show! Wake up! Would you break down sobbing in the middle of “The Price Is Right”, if you didn’t win that 10 day vacation in downtown Detroit?

This is Michelle turning on the tears for Dan. Michelle, have you no shame?

It’s easy to lose sight in Big Brother. That’s why this show works so well. You come in a normal, or not so normal person and become a complete mental case. Isn’t it cool?

Ollie is not as much depressed, as he is still pissed off. Moodiness does not become him. If Ollie gets even a small chance to win HOH, or PoV, he will probably die in the attempt to win anything, to burn Dan with it and exact his revenge. Ollie is really taking things very personal now, in the Big Brother game of life.

Presently, Dan and Memphis are concerned about Renny. Both Michelle and Ollie have talked her a blue streak and Renny is listening with intention. Renny did not like the way Dan handled the last PoV ceremony. Renny felt it was underhanded and malicious of Dan to lead Ollie and Michelle on, the way he did; then break his word to both of them. Guess what Renny? You are right in the middle of the Big Brother hurricane and this is what happens, right about now.

Tonight is, the night of nights on Big Brother 10. With double live eviction mere hours away, I am pumped.

As it stands, this game is teetering on a threshold. Tonight will be a quantum moment of chaos theory in action. Right now, the Big Brother players are in the eye of the hurricane and don’t even know what will be hitting them this evening.

Big Brother 10 Spoiler: Big Brother Double Eviction!

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

All things considered, this Big Brother 10 season has had it’s moments. This Big Brother game is on full throttle now! The best moments could be coming this Thursday night!

Lots of Dan, Memphis and Keesha bashing going on between Michelle, Ollie and Jerry. Mainly about Dan and Keesha. Of course most of the bashing has been generated by Dan putting Jerry and Michelle on the Big Brother block for eviction this Thursday. What no one knows though, it will be a double eviction night on Big Brother.

With the Big Brother 10, double live eviction taking place this Thursday night, it’s hard to imagine where this game will go, in the aftermath. The Big Brother players suspect that the double eviction could happen, but they don’t know and are not making any plans in case this should happen. Of course, what kind plans could anyone really make? There would not be enough time to use any real strategy for the second eviction.
In the past, the double live evictions happen in very quick order, catching everyone off guard. It would be difficult to speculated too much, what shape the Big Brother house will be in, come Friday morning.

Looks like Michelle will be leaving with the first eviction. That would leave Memphis, Dan, Keesha, Renny Ollie and Jerry to scramble for HOH. If Ollie or Jerry win HOH, then it will be a very hot game!

After Jerry’s phone call from home, it felt as if there was an undercurrent with his family, wanting Jerry to walk away from Big Brother 10. In fact, Jerry’s daughter pretty much said, the money doesn’t matter and for him to walk away from the Big Brother game. A few of Jerry’s family are probably watching the live feeds and are more than concerned for him. Some of them might even be shocked at what comes out of Jerry’s mouth!

Clip of Jerry and Michelle, bashing “you know who”.

Jerry’s regard for some of the Big Brother 10 players, is nothing short of malicious at times. If Keesha, Dan or Memphis had any idea what Jerry says about them behind their backs; well, you could say that about a few of the other players too.

Thurday night, after Big Brother 10’s live, double eviction; Every and anything could happen in the game. Don’t miss a minute of it!

American Idol Update: A forth Judge for American Idol 2009!

Published by realfan under Entertainment Edit This

Surprise, surprise! American Idol added Kara DioGuardi has it’s forth judge on the panel of American Idol for next season. This is going to be a real job for Kara. She will have to somehow crack the judges armor and slide a set in next to someone. Hopefully not Simon.

Simon, Paula and Randy have gotten to be family, of a sorts, through these American Idol seasons. Change is both good and bad, yet change always takes place.

This change is going to be a mixed blessing for the three veteran judges of American Idol; to be sure. Ms. DioGuardi had better have some tricks up her sleeve, with this crowd next year.

Not only will she have to squeeze in another chair at the American Idol judges panel, Kara will have to win the viewing audience and the producers of American Idol. These are very big shoes Kara is going to be wearing, and she should not underestimate American Idol.
